As my mini is a motorbility car, I would have liked a courtesy car whilst the service was being carried out as per Toyota. Not having to hire a car from a rental company.
The car was not washed or cleaned at all whilst it was in for service.
There was a misunderstanding with my booking but this was quickly sorted and the car was ready on time.

This is the second car I have had from HJ the service is constantly fabulous, Oliver is an outstanding member of your team.
From when I first wandered into show room and was met with a friendly member of staff, to popping back in after had the car a few days as couldn't work car apple play, the team have been great. Dealt with in a friendly, professional manner.

My car had its last check under the warranty and MOT. Everything was fine with the car. It seems that the headlights were switched off and not switched on again so there was momentary panic when we were driving later that evening!
Took up the offer to drive a sales representative's car home to make sure it fitted in my garage.
