The main warranty repair couldn’t be completed as the part had not arrived. Had some confusing conversations the day before and we were unclear as to what was happening with the repairs.

Happy with the service, but used a complimentary voucherfor the valet and had hoped for more than the usual washand vac.Inside windows and screen not touched. Also lots of mud on running board.

The sales person Oliver Griffiths at Wilmslow has been very helpful throughout the whole sales process. It was a good experience as he was not a “pushy sales person” He kept me informed with regards delivery and progress of the order.

When I took my car there was nothing to say it would be done in the hour but said they would try and do it as soon as the could.Then was told my brakes needed doing but didn’t and charged me £25 to set brakes to come on when needed which they not set

Oliver Griffiths is helpful and he does not try to sell you extras you do not want. Kenny McGrath demonstrated the car. Paul Preston at BMW willingly showed us two cars but we thought the Countryman was better for us than the X1 or the Active Tourer.

We booked the car in through the online Mini services, but when we arrived at H. J. Wilmslow they initially told us that they could not do the MOT and service together because it was outside the conditions of the 5 yr service plan.

Continuing with what I said: I am sorry that I had to do this as I had hoped always to have it repaired by Halliwell Jones to keep the Mini in top condition as I have been very pleased with it and hope to replace it with a new MINI.

Difficulty getting through to Halliwells Wilmslow. The phone just rang out. Got another number from the Internet, offices, took our details and someone did ring back from a different number but even that didn't pick up when rung. took 3 days to book.

I was recommended a new tyre, but the main problem was the tracking which wasn’t mentioned. The car was overdue for a service but I was expecting to be contacted to book it in as my previous dealership had done (this wasn’t Mini/bmw)!
