Only small issues. Car nicely valeted but empty boot untouched. Radio station changed which is a bit annoying and potential distraction when you're driving and switch it on and have to find the original station .

Booked service + MOT 9 weeks in advance. MOT not listed but was completed eventually. Car not ready for collection at 17.30 despite being advised by center. Returned next morning at 0830, car still not ready, left at 1015! No valet or wash as offered

I was disappointed as I had arranged to have some work on my alloy wheels done in addition to the MOT and service and although you had my car for almost a week, the work hadn't been done

Not particularly personal - drop off was quick but when collecting I had to wait ages as the service member assigned to me had disappeared. I'd assumed it was just a case of collecting my keys as I'd already paid but I had to wait over 20 mins

The brake service was fine but the assistant was adamant that I update the mini app which I have never used. He sounded rather exasperated when I said I would have to do it later as I had to get back. I did do it later in the day.

See above - also only bought from same outlet within the last year was advised that the clutch would soon need replacing at considerable cost. It was bought as an 'approved used' model and used normally as a daily runner to work 40 0r so miles return
