From start to Finish of the process has been excellent , Shayne the salesman has been brilliant , kept us informed of what's happening where the car is and was , down to explaining all the gimmicks and gadgets on the car when we got it.

My car failed it's MOT and I was told this at 5.10pm on a bank holiday weekend- the car was in first thing so there was no excuse to be told that late

Without wishing to further waste my time filling in forms that no-one responds to. Please contact Halliwell Jones Wilmslow and Mini complaints department if you want further details. My problem was eventually resolved but only because I had intervene
