The salesman explained the car & its features clearly. He patiently answered any queries & gave me his phone number & email for any queries that occurred to me later. At my request he took me for a drive around the carpark prior to my test drive.

As far as I know, the oil was changed as required. However, I received no video and the app is currently still telling me to get it done. On arrival, my number plate wasn't recognised and my phone number apparently wasn't on the system.

Staff were very helpful and apologetic because I had to wait a long time at check-in. This was because the automated machine didn't recognise either my registration number or my mobile number.

Unhelpful. I asked approximately how much a basic electric mini would cost answer I DONT KNOW. Theres some marks/corrosion on my petrol cap but was told it does not come under the warranty when it obviously does. I was told it would only cost £60.

Booked extra oil change.it was not carried out during service. I now have to waste 2 hours on a rebook. My mini app showed window left open during heavy rain. On return, A/C& heating on full, reduced range, strongly suggesting engine run to dry car

I was very happy with the service I received by the adviser - polite. Car had a service earlier this year However when I booked my car in on the app it said the cost would be 46 but I ended up paying 166.50. Very disappointed with the hidden costs

Anthony at the centre absolutely ruined how I view Mini as a company. The ladies at the front desk were amazing, as was Louis but Anthony left me sat waiting for 45 minutes when I was unwell and didn't appear to care.

The car was down for a complimentary wash and didn't get one. The repair took two days which was a big inconvenience I needed help to program my key and no one was available having waited 15 minutes. I gave up and left the store so not that good all

Since Mini & BMW centres moved to one site, I've felt like a 2nd class citizen when it comes to service. Several members of staff were stood about talking while I was waiting to pick my vehicle up. One BMW service desk was empty but not able to serve
