There were no issues with my car with its service and MOT. However when I turned up to collect it, I had to wait for over an hour to pay for the service, which took only 3 mins. There should be a system for a quick payment!

Awful. Anthony is the least qualified customer service representative I've known. There are hundreds of people in the building, very few of whom are actually doing any work. Expect to wait an hour to drop your car and an hour to collect. Puts me off.

Job done (battery replacement). Good follow up advice from your service agent on how to avoid the problem in future. But promise of doing the job within two hour wait when in fact it took more than three hours.
