We brought the car in as the dashboard notifications indicated a brake issue. On inspection, although the brakes had shown wear and tear (down to 4mm) they were within the legal limit. Front & rear were sane level but only front changed

I think its a bit naughty wanting to charge an extra £297.52 to do another service for change of transmission oil and wasn't involved in the normal service. See below answer on bonnet.

The centre missed doing the investigation on the heated steering wheel. They blamed me to say I never requested it. It was on their system when I signed the terms and conditions upon arrival. I'll be submitting a complaint as the manager was rude.
