Despite the issues with picking the car up due to the system being down, Ed and Matthew kept me informed and made the experience really enjoyable

Maia was very professional and explained the process in depth. She spent a lot of time explaining features on the car and helped me when switching from a manual to an automatic drive.

Friendly service advisor but not given 5 stars as I had to chase for collection time, despite v early drop off and told I would receive call. Also told car would be cleaned inside/out. didn't do a great job sadly

Everyone was lovely, if asked for a battery to be fitted. It didn't need a diagnostic. I had to pay c£70 to be told what I already told you Also the price of the fitting was ridiculous

Carley and Anthony are great. Disappointed that we couldn't identify the transmission error light after paying for investigation as you are the manufacturer/main dealer. Costs are high

As above . For a Mini owner it was daunting. Staff in the end made me feel at ease. Parking horrendous too. There should be a separate entrance for MINI customers , and a MINI helpdesk, not all together. Actual service I received with my Mini was ok

I completed an online check in the day before, but then received a phone call that repeated much of the same Information, and then again at drop off. No car was available for me even tho service booked well in advance. Kept waiting at front desk.
